A monthly program is not twelve one-off quotes. It is one size, one destination pattern, and a band you can live with when a month runs hot or quiet.
Buyers who reorder from scratch every month pay in email time and in rushed air freight. If the SKU is stable, tell us the run-rate and the buffer you want on the shelf. We will not lock you into a volume you have not sold yet.
Run-rate, not a fantasy MOQ
Write a range: quiet month, normal month, peak month. A single “10,000 every month” that you cannot receive becomes amendments. Ranges keep the slot real.
Safety stock vs expedite
Ocean replenishment needs a buffer. If you refuse buffer, you will buy air later. Say which cost you would rather carry.
Same lot logic each shipment
Each month still needs its own lot mark and documents. Recurring supply does not mean one COA forever. We keep lot identity per shipment.
How to start a monthly plan
- Pick a primary size and label type for at least 90 days.
- Share destination and a three-month quantity range.
- Decide ocean with buffer, or air when the date is hard.
- Confirm loss-coverage terms once, then apply them to each release.
First month can still be a smaller proving lot. Say so. Scaling after you like what you receive is normal.

Can bacteriostatic water be supplied every month?
Yes. We plan around a stated run-rate and destination. You can start with a smaller first release and step up.
Do I have to commit to a fixed quantity?
A range is more useful than a fake fixed number. We need enough clarity to hold a production rhythm, not a number you will cancel.
Does each month get its own documents?
Yes. Lot ID and any agreed COA or batch report follow that shipment, not a previous month’s file.
