Bulk bacteriostatic water for distributors and resellers
If you are buying more than a sample carton, the useful quote is a volume band — not a single-vial retail price. Tell us carton, case, or a monthly run-rate and we price the lot around that.
Most “bulk bacteriostatic water” messages we get are one line: “best price for 5,000.” That number is a start. It is not a plan until we know whether those vials leave in one shipment or three, whether labels are stock or yours, and which door has to scan the lot.
Carton vs case vs repeat
A first carton proves the SKU. A case fills a channel test. A monthly band is a different production slot. We quote those separately so you are not locked into pallet math on day one.
Lot identity on the outer carton
Bulk fails at the dock when the packing list and the carton mark do not share a lot code. We confirm how the lot will be printed before the PO, not after the truck leaves.
Price moves with the band
Unit cost usually improves as the committed band grows. We will not invent a fake MOQ if your real first order is smaller — say the true range.
What to send for a bulk quote
- Primary size: 10 mL or 30 mL
- First shipment quantity and whether a second shipment is already planned
- Destination country and city
- Stock label or your brand (if brand, say whether artwork is ready)
- Air or ocean preference, or “quote both”
We do not guess a door date from “ASAP.” If a launch or a stockout is driving the bulk order, put the date in the same message as the quantity.
FAQ
What counts as bulk bacteriostatic water?
For us, bulk means a planned B2B quantity beyond a sample — typically a carton or case upward, or a stated monthly run-rate. We still quote smaller first lots if that is what you will actually receive.
Do bulk orders include batch paperwork?
Ask for COA or batch-report availability against the ship lot in the first brief. We tie documents to the lot on the carton rather than sending a generic file.
Can lost bulk cartons be covered?
Logistics safety is part of the commercial offer. Under the terms agreed for that order, lost goods are covered with full compensation.
