Base rate includes product, export packing, international freight, clearance, and domestic delivery to your specified US address. Volume discounts apply as orders grow.

Yes. Standard evaluation vials are free from our side; you typically cover DHL/FedEx. Most US addresses see samples in a few days once the carton leaves.
Delivered Duty Paid — the quoted unit price is intended as the landed cost to your named address, with freight, clearance, and duties handled under that term.
Usually 30% T/T to start production and 70% before the container is released. Longer terms come after shipment history.
About 15 days production after deposit and artwork freeze, then roughly 25–30 days for ocean, clearance, and delivery when schedules behave. Air is available for urgent slices.
