Editorial policy

We publish buyer guides because the same questions show up in our inbox every week: DDP vs FOB, what papers to ask for, how long ocean freight really takes. Posts are written for purchasing and operations staff, not for keyword volume.

What we require before publishing

• At least one person on the export desk reviews the draft against how we actually quote and ship.
• Process claims (lead times, payment splits, defect targets) must match current commercial practice. If something changes, we update the page and keep the “updated” date visible.
• We do not invent customer names, fake case studies, or certificates we cannot send on request.
• Medical and regulatory wording stays general. We are a packaging manufacturer; we are not giving clinical or legal advice. Buyers should confirm requirements with their own compliance team.

AI tools

We may use software for spelling, outline checks, or formatting. Final wording is edited by staff who handle real RFQs. If a paragraph reads like brochure filler, it gets cut.

Corrections

If you spot an error, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. We correct factual mistakes rather than quietly deleting pages.
