How to request vial evaluation samples without slowing yourself down
By Yunhon Export Desk · Updated Aug 11, 2026
We’d rather send a small carton than argue about MOQ on a first call. Standard evaluation vials are free from our side; you usually cover express shipping. The delay almost always comes from missing ship-to details or unclear label needs — not from “approval committees” on our end.
Put these in the first message
- Legal company name and the person who will sign for the courier
- Full US address, suite number, and a phone that works for DHL/FedEx
- Vial size / fill intent in plain language (e.g. 30 mL, specific closure if you care)
- Whether you need blank stock or a rough label mock
- Any volume guess — “trial 2k”, “maybe 80k/year”, “not sure yet” are all fine
Don’t force yourself into a dropdown that says 10,000 if that isn’t real. We’d rather plan samples around the truth. Production MOQ for a bulk DDP run is a separate conversation after you like what you hold in your hand.
After you submit, we reply on the same channel — form, email, or WhatsApp. Turnaround for in-stock configurations is often a few days to courier pickup; custom print adds time. If something is out of stock, we’ll say so instead of going quiet.
