How we pack glass vials so they survive the trip

Glass doesn’t forgive lazy packing. Our export cartons use separators so vials aren’t shoulder-to-shoulder grinding through a Pacific crossing. Carton marks carry PO, SKU, and handling marks your warehouse can read without opening every box.

Pallets for the US are ISPM-15 compliant. Stretch wrap and corner protection sound trivial until you see a crushed corner from a forklift kiss at the terminal. We photograph loaded pallets when a buyer asks — not as marketing, as a shared record if something goes wrong later.

Sample packs are lighter but still divided. If you need vials to arrive photo-ready for an internal review, tell us; we’ll avoid the cheapest mailer that looks fine until the last mile.

Damage claims are rare when packing matches the mode. They’re less rare when someone restuffs a carton to “save space.” Don’t. Density isn’t free.
