Commercial

Why new vial orders usually start at 30/70 T/T

By Yunhon Export Desk · Updated Aug 11, 2026

For first bulk POs we ask for 30% wire (T/T) to open production and 70% before the container is released. It’s not a personality quirk. Glass, closures, print, and booking slots are real costs that sit on our side before your dock sees a pallet.

The deposit is not a “fee.” It’s applied to the commercial invoice. The balance clears when shipping docs are ready and the cargo can move. If a buyer needs a different split, we talk after there’s a shipment history — Net terms without history is how export desks get stuck with custom-labeled stock nobody else can take.

Samples are separate: vials free, courier usually on the buyer. Don’t mix sample courier invoices with bulk T/T timelines; finance teams hate that more than we do.

Bank details only move on letterhead / confirmed channels. If someone emails new wiring instructions that don’t match prior docs, call us on the WhatsApp number on this site before you send money.
