Buyer notes

Common mistakes we see when US buyers import vials

By Yunhon Export Desk · Updated Aug 11, 2026

1. Comparing EXW to DDP as if they were the same number. They’re not. Land the cost or stop comparing.

2. Approving artwork by phone screenshot. Then discovering the barcode won’t scan. Physical or proper soft-proof discipline beats a Slack thumbs-up.

3. Skipping samples because “we’re in a hurry.” Hurry is how you learn about closure feel after 10,000 units are on the water.

4. Giving a city name instead of a dock appointment reality. Receiving windows, liftgate needs, and site contacts belong in the quote request.

5. Treating certificates as a homepage badge. Ask for current files and lot paperwork. File them. Your auditor will.

None of this is exotic. It’s the difference between a quiet receiving day and a week of email archaeology. If you want a boring shipment, start with a clear sample request on our form.
